These Adirondacks' paintings and prints are from an area just south of Lake Placid on route 73. Any Adirondack artist knows that these landscapes lead to the High Peaks. These Adirondacks' paintings show the meadow
where the Adirondacks Loj Road leads to Marcy dam. From there,
numerous trails lead throughout the Adirondacks all tempting the
Adirondack artist to create landscapes and paintings of these
beautiful spots. There is even a very long trail from Henderson Lake
to Duck Hole, returning you back to Lake Placid. This is a series of
paintings of the Adirondacks, giving the viewer a panoramic view, a
peaceful view every Adirondack artist seeks, and I found one just
south of busy Lake Placid!
