The New York Skyline is certainly impressive, but a New York city skyline from Chelsea NYC, has its own flavor and unique distinctions. There are water towers everywhere and there is no effort to disguise them, for they are part of the charm of old New York skyline. These unique nine New York City skyline paintings form a panoramic view capturing the character of Chelsea NYC, and its neighboring communities. Chelsea art galleries lie within a short walking distance, and small restaurants are found everywhere within this New York skyline.

The New York skyline from this vantage point, 7th Ave. and 23rd Street, atop the Carteret Hotel, shows the character of the neighborhood, its sky scrapers, its squat buildings, and of course its old wooden water towers! The series of nine New York City skyline paintings contains over 135 water towers and truthfully portrays the charm of the Chelsea, New York City skyline.

These giclee prints are printed on Somerset velvet paper from England and have been tested for longevity (Wilhelm Research). This series has been critiqued by Artspeak International, while on display in a NYC art gallery.
