One thing I have learned over the years, is to respect a mood when it hits. The Mosaic Series is just that. I never intended to paint 10,800 – 13,500 individual mosaic tiles per painting, but that was what the mood in the Series led me to do.

I am very pleased with this tropical beach series, and very surprised! These beach paintings were truly an interesting journey.
