This particular beach painting is often selected as a wedding gift idea for those lucky couples that are interested in beach weddings. The footprints in the sand of this beach painting seem perfect to wish them well in their journey. I am surprised by how many Myrtle Beach weddings, beach theme weddings in general and Myrtle Beach honeymoons have utilized this particular painting as a unique beach theme wedding gift idea for beach theme weddings.

Our own daughter, Maryanne, is living in Mt. Pleasant, SC, and is to be married this September. I am sure that planning a beach wedding would have been a possibility, except that September beach weddings are in the height of the hurricane season. She and Sam decided to plan their unique beach theme wedding indoors. My beach paintings are to grace the walls of the reception hall that day, and my wife Anne will be making Maryanne’s beach wedding dress.

This beach painting giclee is one of a triptych giving a panoramic view of the beach. It is printed on hand made cotton paper from Europe, and has been checked for longevity. The Originals are no longer available, and what unique beach wedding gifts the triptych would have been for our daughter!

Although this painting was not painted at Myrtle Beach, I believe I understand it’s popularity as a unique beach theme wedding gift for that location. Should you be interested in purchasing the double matted 16 x 20 size, I could write something of your choosing on the outer mat, below and to the left of the painting image. This personalized wedding gift idea was first suggested to me as a Myrtle Beach personalized wedding gift, and I have done so, a few times since. To have an artist write something himself on the mat makes a beach wedding gift a bit more special. The invitation is there….
